Apple to release iPhone SE 5G in March 2022

Gratisun - Market research company TrendForce reported that Apple will release the iPhone SE with 5G connectivity in the first quarter of 2022, precisely March. The successor to the iPhone SE (2020) model will reportedly be equipped with the A15 Bionic chip, which offers improved connectivity and battery life.

The chip installed on this pocket-friendly Apple phone is the same chip as the iPhone 13, its latest phone. The A15 Bionic is currently Apple's fastest mobile chip with a hexa-core consisting of two high-performance cores and two efficiency cores.

Meanwhile, the 4G-capable iPhone SE (2020) carries the 7nm Bionic A13 chipset contained in the iPhone 11 series. Although different in terms of chips, but the latest model is expected to have the same look as the iPhone SE (2020) or iPhone 8, has a Touch ID button and a rather thick bezel.

The phone, with a bitten apple logo, will come with a 4.7-inch screen, as Apple market analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted. However, there are also other reports that the 2022 iPhone SE will come with a larger screen than its predecessor.

The new phone's launch forecast is in line with previous reports that said the iPhone SE (2022) could arrive as early as next year. Regarding the price, the iPhone SE 2020 is priced from Rp 7,999 million, while the new generation is still unknown in price, but the possibility is not much different from the previous one.
